hmmm... We all know that WC is the most busy day for all the punters....

Because I think they have lots of members still betting most of the time. Especially if there's big event. I just hoping the deposit will be credited on time same with the withdrawal. _--------_

Correct!!! they just have lots of members still betting most of the time that's why sometimes they encounter some quite delayed but i still experienced good service from them.

I dont care much about the service you are saying. I contact them only if I want to deposit to get details. But if you are not satisfied with the odds they offer, even if they have the best CS, you will not stick to the bookie. I have tried to use several bookies. 12BET is not bad in terms of odds they offer here in asia... _--------_ let me be your predator!!!!

I will be totally disagree with you bro, I am not going to stay with a bookie whose service is worst but offered good odds.

For me having a good cusotmer service is an advantage and including the odds that they offer was just a plus factor for the Site.

I conclude that 12BET doesnt have any worst CS, they maybe late in response due to the chat load or whatever they reason. As long as they provided a good service, they still worth my money.

yah you're definitely right! dont have problem with their CS as they are all friendly but sometimes slow to reply lol!

their promotion is alot better today than the first time I joined. They offer 20% and 10% sign up bonus only back then. Now its 33% and 40%. Alot better..

well,lucky for new punters..it's alright..as long as the new season starts to kick off, ill be happy bonus or no bonus...
