Dear Mansion88, Something really got to be done with ur help@Mansion88.com and ur bank@Mansion88.com ... Why?? coz there are no responses from them. And when i spoke to ur livechat helpline..lucky there are real human manning it. but the experience is less than satisfactory. 1st time i spoke to someone regarding my first withdrawal to moneybooker, asking her why it is still pending after 3 days...she told me i have to send in photo ID to bank@Mansion88.com. Fine...but my question is...how come no email nor prompts to inform me I have to do it?? Nevertheless...I e-mail it in and continue to wait. No e-mail to acknowledge they recieve. On Thursday, I "spoke" to another live chat operator to verify if they recieved my documents. she claim they did and the monies will be transferred the next day, and she asked me to wait for 24hrs. Today at 1800h, i checked..still pending...hence i spoke to the live chat operator again...after 15 mins of checking...she say they will transfer on monday...ask me to wait for 24 hrs after monday... I'm now keeping my fingers crossed...hoping that the monies will really come in on monday. I'm wondering...how come the 3 occassion when i deposit monies in...it's such a breeze... Disappointed punter.
