How long is it already bro??
If it is just only a day then you will need to wait but if it is pending for more than 3 days then you will need to contact them and ask.. Evil Grin

  		i am damn piss, last time i try the live chat, they told me i have meet the require roll-over so i can make my withdrawal, and i am using moneybookers i dont have to provide them with any document. I just try the live chat asking how come my withdrawal is still under pending, she told me i have now meet the roll over requirement. So what's happening now? Their live chat service is very bad! i been waiting for like 10 mins before she reply! can someone from Mansion88 please reply this. thanks! a

  		Hey MANSION! Better wake up! Don't lag behind the others! system not stable most of the time, auto log off/ cannot download page etc. Payment takes at least 1 day for PENDING. Worst still, make withdraw on friday, can ONLY be process on Monday! FYI. Others only take hours to process and approve even on Sundays!! Mad

btw FYI also.. i took me only max 1 hour to make my withdrawal until now.

  		SGPoker. Then u must be lucky. I had those unpleasant encounters with them. Before I can see money on monday...i've canceled the withdrawal on sat.. But that's not all live chat sometime took 3 to 5 mins for simple questions...U know ppl like us are banned from some good betting website...sigh...Hope Mansion88 will improve on that aspect...

Dear Mansion88,

Something really got to be done with ur help@Mansion88.com and ur bank@Mansion88.com ... Why?? coz there are no responses from them.

And when i spoke to ur livechat helpline..lucky there are real human manning it. but the experience is less than satisfactory.

1st time i spoke to someone regarding my first withdrawal to moneybooker, asking her why it is still pending after 3 days...she told me i have to send in photo ID to bank@Mansion88.com. Fine...but my question is...how come no email nor prompts to inform me I have to do it?? Nevertheless...I e-mail it in and continue to wait. No e-mail to acknowledge they recieve.

On Thursday, I "spoke" to another live chat operator to verify if they recieved my documents. she claim they did and the monies will be transferred the next day, and she asked me to wait for 24hrs.

Today at 1800h, i checked..still pending...hence i spoke to the live chat operator again...after 15 mins of checking...she say they will transfer on monday...ask me to wait for 24 hrs after monday...

I'm now keeping my fingers crossed...hoping that the monies will really come in on monday. I'm wondering...how come the 3 occassion when i deposit monies in...it's such a breeze...

Disappointed punter.

  		I put in $300 as my first deposit, and the roll over with bonus should be
($300 x 0.3) + 300 = $390 x 10 = $3900

they told me my roll over is $7100!! wth! yesterday i email them again..and they told me is their system error.....i make a withdrawal yesterday...they told me the withdrawal can only be process tomorrow!

Yes i agreed with this, speak to operator at Live Chat they takes Such a LONG TIME TO REPLY! always telling me, they checking with another department..i can wait up to 10mins! and they didn't even reply me..

Most of the time I can receive my money less than 24hours thru moneybookers dude but not in Mansion88..

  		I have tried to make my first withdrawal of 300 after 1 week of playing. Firstly they live chat told me that for malaysian bank we need to submit both ID and bank statement.

After 2 working days i check my banking online Maybank it is deposited.

So far so good on Mansion88. Bravo but i hope those bros who had bad experience with them will get better service in future.
